How do I return a product?

Within 14 days you can return your purchase from Disko Dog in like-new* condition with original packaging.

- Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Disko Dog is unable process returns of items purchased at another online retailer or stores.

* "like-new" condition is unworn. We recommend keeping original packaging while you decide about the product.

How do I exchange a product?

To ensure the most accurate and fastest processing of your return and replacement order, we do not process direct exchanges. Instead, you can simply return and re-order in two separate transactions

Liability Waiver

By purchasing and using our LED light-up collars for dogs, you acknowledge and agree to the following
terms and conditions. Please read this section carefully before using the product.

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that the use of the LED collar involves certain inherent risks and
hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the product for your dog.
2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Disko Dog INC, or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees,
agents, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential
damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the LED
collar.
3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disko Dog INC and its affiliates,
directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable
attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the LED collar, or any violation of
these terms.
4. Product Suitability: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to choose a suitable product for
your dog, based on factors such as breed, size, behavior, and medical condition. Disko Dog INC is not
responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the selection or use of the product.
5. Proper Use and Supervision: You agree to use the LED collar as intended and to supervise your dog
while wearing the collar. You understand that failure to do so may result in injuries or accidents.
6. Maintenance and Inspection: You agree to regularly inspect the LED collar for any signs of wear or
damage and promptly discontinue use if you identify any issues. Disko Dog INC is not responsible for
injuries resulting from the failure to properly maintain or inspect the product.
7. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: The LED collar is not intended to be a substitute for
professional advice, training, or medical care for your dog. Always consult a veterinarian or qualified
professional for specific guidance on the care and training of your pet.
8. Release: By purchasing and using the LED collar, you hereby release Disko Dog INC, and its affiliates,
directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages,
actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the product.
9. Applicable Law: This liability waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of California in the United States without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
By using the LED collar, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this liability waiver, and you
voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
